The second meeting of the semester saw the addition of 24 new people in addition to returning 2011-2012 members. We hope to continue that growth and introduce everyone to design, solid modeling, finite element analysis, manufacturing practices, public speaking, driving, marketing, community service, fundraising and teamwork while building a top ranked formula car.
There’s a general meeting in RVR1003 at 6pm.
Fall semester at Sac State starts today and the team has already been meeting biweekly this summer in preparation for the 2013 formula car in addition to all of the events we’ve attended. General meetings will switch from Mondays @ 6pm to Thursdays at 6pm starting Thursday, August 30th.

Hornet Racing is out at the Hornet Car & Bike Show today hosted by the Sacramento State Engineering and Computer Science (ECS) Alumni from 10am to 4pm today in lot 8 at Sac State.
